Rates

Our goal is to zealously serve our clients, while keeping the cost of the representation low. Our fee structure is designed to provide the most cost effective solution to service our clients. Although hourly rates are available on a case-by-case basis, a flat fee arrangement is more commonly used. We believe that the flat fee arrangement allows transparency and certainty for our clients to budget for their legal spending and encourages efficiency at our end. Our flat fee structure also encourages a better attorney-client communication, where our clients are not worried about incurring incremental costs when contacting us. Better communication results in more effective representation.

Our rates are discounted up to 50% from the rates charged by other patent law firms.
